The CCHA Arena Guide could not be explained in better words then its own title. This website is a guide to all the arenas in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA). Some of the best College Hockey Arenas and Rinks in the world. Our goal is to bring to the fans, parents, and students what they cannot see on a daily basis. Over the years, many fans have wondered, who has the best arena in the CCHA? Who has the best locker room? Players lounge? Facilities? Well now, you’re able to see all the arenas in the CCHA, including their locker rooms, player’s lounges, equipment rooms, trainer’s rooms, and more.
What is the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA)?
The CCHA, a Division 1 NCAA College Hockey Conference was founded in 1971 and currently has eight NCAA Championships to this day. The CCHA operates mostly in Michigan and Ohio, although it also has members in Alaska and Indiana. It holds its championship tournament at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, usually in the second week of March. Unlike all other Division I hockey conferences, the CCHA has no women’s division. The CCHA is most one of the prestigious Division 1 Conferences in College hockey, sporting some of the most well known colleges across the country.
